    I honestly wouldn't rate it. If you go on a weekend, especially the morning, parking is an absolute nightmare. You get told to be there for a certain time only to wait half an hour in reception. Facilities were good but overcrowded. Then the massage wasn't great (very poor and little pressure) but the scrub was good. The afternoon tea was incredibly lack lustre. Honestly I'd go elsewhere if I was to go to a spa again.

    Pool and other facilities was too crowded since they let in members, so couldn't use anything so after our massage we just left, massage was also quite rough.
