    Treatments were great thought both short of the time. 85 minute treatment started 10 minutes late but still finished on time. 55 minute treatment started 5 mins late and finished a few minutes early. Facility is very dated and we didn’t get to use the hot tub as was small and constantly full. Cream tea was ok but nothing special.

    Warm welcome on arrival. Environment warm and welcoming. Spa treatment excellent. Some areas of the spa area are tired but to me it adds to the Roman Bath feeling that the area is trying replicate. Clean, tidy and all in all a brilliant day.
