    Treatments were great thought both short of the time. 85 minute treatment started 10 minutes late but still finished on time. 55 minute treatment started 5 mins late and finished a few minutes early. Facility is very dated and we didn’t get to use the hot tub as was small and constantly full. Cream tea was ok but nothing special.

    It has been several years since my last visit and some repairs are needed. Footpath and mosaics Food marvellous and staff in dining room marvellous too. Initial greeting and induction very good. Laundry/ cleaning lady in the spa was very attentive, efficient and great customer service When we asked for dry robes to go to lunch reception staff said there were none but laundry/ cleaning lady was more than happy to assist. We all loved our facials and all felt very relaxed afterwards. Loved that hairdryers and straighteners were available for us to use Overall a really lovely experience, thank you

    Warm welcome on arrival. Environment warm and welcoming. Spa treatment excellent. Some areas of the spa area are tired but to me it adds to the Roman Bath feeling that the area is trying replicate. Clean, tidy and all in all a brilliant day.
