The luxurious Garden Secret Spa is located within the grounds of the Ringwood Hall Hotel and despite its name, won’t remain a secret for long, given its luxurious and inviting facilities. A Blossom steam room, Herbal sauna, and Himalayan salt sauna with woodland views are the perfect way to relax pre treatment. Choose from a collection of tailored therapies, but save time for a little nap and some deep relaxation in the Serenity sleep lounge before heading to the hotel’s Glasshouse Brasserie for cocktails.

    Very unhappy. Arrived and the main pool area and jacuzzi was cold, uncomfortably so such that it couldn’t really be used and certainly was not relaxing. Told by young lady giving me my massage that there had been a problem with the heating. This wasn’t communicated with us when arriving, nothing offered by way of compensation. We also were booked for lunch at 2.45pm. Far too late. By the time we sat down, we were the ones in the corner of an empty restaurant whilst staff set tables for the evening/next day. I do not complain usually, and wouldn’t if we had paid half the price. But at well over £400 it just wasn’t good enough, and I feel appalled for that we couldn’t even use the main spa given the temperature. We did book late but it should have also been made clear that there were no lunch settings left. Given we had an evening meal included too, why would we want to eat at 2.45? Had that been made clear we wouldn’t have booked this spa. What was supposed to be a special occasion at a premium spa, with very much a premium price tag was a huge disappointment. Paul Sweeting

    The lunch was lovely, staff were professional and friendly. The spa is small and the plunge pool was freezing. No staff informed us that there was an issue with the pool being cold. The pool is the main focus of the spa. There was only four loungers and these were being reserved with towels, even though it stipulates not to save the loungers.

    My husband and I had a much needed fabulous relaxing day. The treatments were amazing and the staff were all amazing. A lovely venue. Thank you for a wonderful day 😊

    Very Good
    Overall, the spa was compact but pleasant. The staff were very friendly and the massage we had was lovely. They even accommodated having us for a massage together, which was very thoughtful as this was a break for our anniversary. The facilities available at the spa, as I mentioned, are compact, but the saunas/steam room are great. The outside area is nice, but could be improved with additional plants perhaps. However, the communication with other areas of Ringwood weren't great, with the Coach House not having us down for lunch. Once we ordered food, it took a very long time, especially given that it was just a couple of cold sandwiches. Overall, we would come back for a single day to visit the spa/get treatments.

    From start to finish myself and my son needed some quality time and it was fulfilled. The staff and venue were wonderful and we definitely will be returning. Thankyou to all the staff and professional approach in the spa
