    Good
The spa was a bit smaller than expected but they manage to fit a lot into the space and it wasn’t overcrowded. Overall it was a bit too hot in the area and the hot tub/pool was boiling too, feel like you never got a break from the heat unless you went outside it was a bit uncomfortable. The only way to cool down was the experience shower which had a really cold setting. The relaxing rooms upstairs were nice and quiet to shut my eyes for 5 minutes. The changing rooms are quite small, no private areas to change this could be an issue if you are quite insecure about getting changed in-front of a few people. We had an afternoon tea included in the package which I would have preferred to not have had and just paid for the spa but there was no package just for a spa morning it would be better to add this as an option if you wanted it. The afternoon tea was very average I would not have paid the £20pp for this separately I would have preferred a different option on the menu that was more filling. I know this sounds like a bad review I’m just trying to be honest about the experience and what to expect if you go, I did enjoy the day overall but I probably wouldn't be back anytime soon but it was nice to experience.

    Very Good
We had a lovely few days and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We could have done with a quick tour and a heads up that the relaxation rooms were upstairs. There were two whirlpool chairs but only one worked, not an issue as it was very quiet. We thought everyone very friendly It is a bugbear that they only offer one size robes which only fit average sized guests.

    Good
The overall experience was good; treatments were great, relaxation area was lovely, everything was explained well. The shower drains were quite pungent and blocked (we did feed this back on day 1 but it was the same on day 2). The facilities were great- however the levels of chlorine on the second morning were so strong our eyes were stinging and we had to cut the experience short.
