A lovely day retreat aimed at improving your wellbeing and fitness, the 17 acres of parkland are perfect for outdoor training, as is the gym with its extensive workout equipment.     Greated by staff on arrival, breakfast and afternoon tea with treatments in our package. Shown to changing area, spa and relaxation area, all very nice, however, in the spa area there were a few damaged floor tiles, also loose tiles around the steps of the jacuzzi, the foot massage was cold and not working, on the ground floor terrace there were a lot of damaged rattan sunchairs, I have a photo of this, while sitting on the top terrace in the morning, staff were sweeping the area, this should be done when no visitors are around its hard to relax with cleaning going on, changing rooms need a good clean espically in the corners, doors and door handles, the tea pots I had were very dirty the lids and spouts were stained very brown, I attemped to wipe this off but it did not wipe clean, I have a photo of this, the overall of the external and internal areas could do with a good spring clean and repaint to some areas, the downstairs toilets were not very clean, the doors have all paint coming off them. All staff were plesant. Overall I was disapointed as this was my patners birthday gift and cost me £374 for the day, We have been to other Spa's which have been cleaner, I'm happy for you to add this to your Website Not sure on the rating if 1 star is good or not so good

    Fantastic day & a beautiful spa. Really enjoyed our time, the trio treatments were perfect and I’m definitely coming back for another massage as the lady was fab. Highly recommend for a relaxing day

    Lovely spa with great facilities. Treatments were also good. The only downside was the amount of flies and wasps. It was a hot day which probably made it worst but the relaxation room (pre treatment area) had a lot of flies and so did the bar area where we had afternoon tea.

    We had a lovely time. The treatments were excellent ,staff attentive and made my mum feel really special for her 80th birthday!
