    The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the pool and the showers were freezing cold. I did ask and there was an issue with the boiler. Young man in the restaurant was very friendly. Spa treatments were very good. Unfortunately my friends therapist told her she was knackered! Not nice when my friend is there having a treatment and trying to relax herself.

    We had a lovely day at the Spa, treatment was great and afternoon tea fabulous. One negative was the robes were on the small side so it was a bit embarrassing when it would not fit and when asked for a larger one was told that was all they had and I ended up wearing my own clothes.
