It’s a shame that is not clarity about what to expect from the spa package we’ve booked. The spa facilities is actually just the swimming pool ( yes there is a pretty basic and cold jacuzzi, but use of two hours of spa facilities basically means access to the pool for 2 hours. So a bit misleading. ) You are going there to wind down and relax and you are not even offered a glass of water, so the first part of the package was pretty disappointing, specially because we planned it with my friend as a special treat that we well needed both of us. After 1 hour at the pool we decided to get lunch before the treatments for which we told it was ok and just to come back 5 mins before. Lunch is at the hotel bar and seems all quite uncoordinated, we mentioned the treatment time and asked if we had time to eat, we were just told ok and to wait for the waiter. The waiter took quite a bit of time, said the food was going to arrive in 5 minutes. Unfortunately it came 10 mins before having to go back and we had to rush and couldn’t finish. We were told by the server that this is because people come after the treatment for lunch 😔 In any case, what saved the day were the fantastic therapists. They both did an amazing job and only because of them I would consider coming back, just for a treatment with them. You should fix the messaging and proposition, email details clearly, we were really confused about the time of arrival, lunch time, etc… we only received the time of the treatment.

Very relaxing afternoon at the spa. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the jacuzzi. Unfortunately a group of women joined midway through and made a lot of noise, which made it less relaxing. This was a christmas present for my mother, and we both enjoyed a neck, back and shoulder massage + Facial. Elise was my therapist and she took me to heaven, her hands were incredible. I was starting to feel a cold coming on and I feel like she treated me. I could not praise her anymore. My mother had a similar experience with her own therapist. I look forward to coming back!

My partner and I had the best treatments with Fatima and Camila. They did an amazing job! Really recommend them. Facilities were spotless clean and overall the pool was great. We just missed a proper hot tub and a sauna. The lunch was value for money but don’t expect it to be fancy. I would go back!

Apart from the constant confusion between spabreaks.com, the hotel and their spa team about my booking, this was a very enjoyable and good value spa package. The spa area only has a pool with a large jaccuzzi in the corner, but it was pleasant enough with nice recliners and wonderful music. Pool temperature could be warmer though. My 30 min swedish massage was superb, one of the best I have had in recent times! Lunch was served in the trendy Distillery Bar. Menu for this package was somewhat limited. I opted for the veal posh dog with salad leaves and fries, with a glass of prosecco. It was a huge food portion and delicious. Shashank the bar manager treated me very well! I would recommend this package to others, ideal for solo patrons in particular.

The spa visit was nice. The spa is very pretty, however there is not much int he way of facilities for spa goers - just the pool really and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is described as a hot tub online but it is not hot as it is just pool water with bubbles. We were unable to use the gym as part of our spa day although it was entirely empty whilst we were there. Our massages were nice albeit a little rushed at the end taking away from the feeling of relaxation. Lunch was okay, a little more variety would’ve been nice but I suppose it was nice to have lunch included at all. Also to note, slippers were not provided so best to come with a pair. Overall the visit was okay but I may not rush back.
