    I recently visited this spa for a much-needed day of relaxation, and while some aspects of my experience were good, there were definitely areas that fell short — especially considering the price and the expectations for a luxury spa. When I arrived, I was disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome. First impressions are so important, especially in a spa environment where you expect to feel relaxed and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Another issue was the robe situation. As someone who works in a 5-star hotel spa, I know the importance of providing comfort for every guest, regardless of their body type. This spa only offered one robe size, which was far too small for me. I have a larger bust, and the robe didn’t cover me properly, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the quality of the robe was poor the fabric was falling apart, and it certainly didn’t feel like something you’d expect from a high-end spa. The slippers were also a disappointment they were thin and paper-like, offering no support or comfort. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I really hope the spa takes this feedback on board and makes improvements, especially when it comes to providing better amenities and ensuring all guests feel comfortable and well cared for.

    Pros: staff friendly, helpful and our 2 * 25 minute treatments were bliss. Clean spa, pool and good choice of facilities. Cons: luckily we arrived early as treatment time was changed and afternoon tea choice was not noted which led to delay. Overall good but communication/administration requires improvement.
