    I am a bit disappointed with the experience. It was supposed to be a mom & son wellness day with a 40 min massage included for both, a glass of bubble and use of facilities for 40 min and bought it for my bday as an experience that me and my son could enjoy together. Firstly we have not received any glass of bubbles. Secondly my son and I were supposed to have the massage in the same room. He arrived earlier from the changing rooms and he was taken straight into a room. When I arrived, 10 min before the booking time, the staff informed me that his massage already started. I was taken into a waiting room and my massage started as booked at 3pm. Even the masseuse was surprised that well were not in the same room. Constantina was nice and the massage was relaxing. However, my son felt that his massage was not up to the standards we were expected and more 30 min than 40min. The spa is quite small, there is a pool, a steam room, dry sauna and a small jacuzzi. At 4pm it started to get really busy, and the steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi were totally full. There were a lot of kids in the pool and extremely noisy. By 4:45 after we waited like 15 min to get in any of the sauna rooms or jacuzzi with no luck we felt we had quite enough of the noise and left. Overall I don’t think the experience was worth the money. The staff were nice and courteous but don’t really seem to understand the package. At least not this one. While it was not the spa’s fault for the number of screaming children in the pool (as I assume most were from the hotel) it was definitely not the ‘wellness’ atmosphere you would want or expect.

    My massage therapist wasn’t very good. She just seemed to rub my back rather than actually massage it properly. I came away disappointed! The LED mask I was given ran out of charge! I would have thought this would have been something that should be checked before handing out. The spa facilities were a little basic but fine. Felt like a lot of money for not a lot!

    Beautiful experience at the spa loved our treatments very relaxing and professional. Was abit disappointed with the pool as it wasn't same as picture no waterfall nowhere to sit or lay as shown in picture but other than that lovely.
