    The gym and relaxation room were nice. The pool- all the beds were taken, the pool was very busy. Kids running around in the changing room. It was giving more community gym than spa

    We had a relaxing 2 hours in the spa. Busier than we thought it would be and we were not able to have a bed by the pool as they all had peoples towels on but most were not used. We made use of the relax room where complimentary refreshments were available. Afternoon tea was delicious. My daughter, bride to be’, was made to feel very special. A big thank you to a guy - unfortunately I don’t know his name - (blond hair) who made sure our dietary needs were well catered for.

    The spa experience was good. The facilities were very clean and hygienic. The steam room seemed not to be working to its full capacity as it was not as hot as I had expected. The meal in the Afternoon tea offer was good and the scones were delicious. The tea itself the Leonardo Royal special tea was very weak and did not go down well with me neither me nor my friend who came to celebrate my birthday. The glass of Prosecco tasted very welcome. The experience could have been excellent aside from these issues. I am unable to talk about the treatments as I did not book for any treatment.
