- A lovely spa. All staff really friendly and Dolores who did my mass was exceptional. Definitely recommend.
- Pretty basic spa. Pool was a nice size and sauna good. Steam room wasn’t a proper steam room. Feels like they need to add booking time slots to this spa access as it was so busy and not very relaxing. No room to recline on loungers or anywhere to put your towel. Showers were pretty gross and no cubicles in the changing rooms to get dressed in privacy. And again too busy to get ready in a relaxed space and the space was too small for everyone to get ready. Staff at reception were lovely though and very welcoming.
- The gym and relaxation room were nice. The pool- all the beds were taken, the pool was very busy. Kids running around in the changing room. It was giving more community gym than spa
- Great for a solo spa day. I visited on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy, it was nice and peaceful, treatments were great and staff were really friendly. Afternoon tea was lovely too! Will definitely be visiting again.
- All in all, the spa is fine but overpriced at £40 for a day guest pass. £20 or less would be more appropriate. This spa has a pool, a jacuzzi and sauna, aromatherapy and steam rooms. There are not enough loungers. We had to wait an hour for people to leave before we could use them. There’s no natural light. The spa is a little tired in places but generally clean. You are provided with slippers, a towel and a robe but I was surprised that the slippers are single use and disposed of after use. Personally that just seems wasteful and as they become wet almost immediately in the spa, I don’t see why they provide them at all.
