- Spa was good if a little small. Staff and treatments were amazing!
- A very relaxing day, with first class treatments from Elaine. All the facilities were as advertised. Lunch was excellent. Would definitely return to the Bonnington

- Very tired and dull hotel. Public areas were very cold . It needs a total refresh . Very basic in all aspects . I would say more a 2 star than 4 star . Clean and staff were lovely but very old fashioned and dull
- Great hotel despite there being renovations going on. Rooms were very warm but nicely finished and comfortable. Staff wonderful. Spa was lovely and the food was very good. Cocktail making class was the highlight but drinks were expensive
