    We thoroughly enjoyed our spa day, particularly the massages and use of the relaxation room. We both found the massage beds very comfortable, the soft face holes and breathing scents during an hour long massage added to the zen exoerience. The therapists really listened and we rate the massages highly. Unfortunately the very loud music from the combat water workout class did prevent us from enjoying the pool and facilities, we acknowledge hotels often use pools for this but it does prevent a spa-day experience in that area, which is sad when spa days for us are rare peaceful escapes from the busy world outside. All staff were lovely and there were many brilliant aspects of the day. Overall great feedback.

    There was a booking system for the use of the pool. The members of staff on the spa reception desk lacked customer service standards. Our overall experience of the so called spa facilities was very poor. Dirty. The one hot tub looked grim, the chair cushions smelly.

    Very Good
    Really great staff and facilities, food lovely and treatment was the best massage I've had. Wonderful visit. Only slight thing was the regulars ie members were pretty loud and clicky. There's signs to say keep noise down etc but they just talked and shouted the whole time which did impact the relax around the pool. Still great overall and just one of those things with busy places!

    One facial was below par as therapist too 'gentle' in their approach. We were not informed about the tranquility room until after our treatments. Facilities very busy with families.
