    Very Good
    We thoroughly enjoyed our spa day, particularly the massages and use of the relaxation room. We both found the massage beds very comfortable, the soft face holes and breathing scents during an hour long massage added to the zen exoerience. The therapists really listened and we rate the massages highly. Unfortunately the very loud music from the combat water workout class did prevent us from enjoying the pool and facilities, we acknowledge hotels often use pools for this but it does prevent a spa-day experience in that area, which is sad when spa days for us are rare peaceful escapes from the busy world outside. All staff were lovely and there were many brilliant aspects of the day. Overall great feedback.

    The hotel was lovely. The spa however was terrible. No one monitors how many people are entering therefore we had to literally stand at the side for half a hour before we could get a space to sit. The pool is used like a public pool with a lot of kids who were jumping in and splashing, which I don’t mind on holiday or at a Leisure centre but it’s not something you would expect at a spa at all. It definitely did not have the relaxing feel I was hoping for. Overall the hotel room was lovely as was the meal/breakfast were amazing however the spa was a major let down.

    Very Good
    The treatments we had were great and the girls who completed the massage and facial did an amazing job. They spoke about what we wanted and any concerns we had and concentrated on those.

    One facial was below par as therapist too 'gentle' in their approach. We were not informed about the tranquility room until after our treatments. Facilities very busy with families.
