    Very Good
    Small but pleasant spa in a central location. The staff were very friendly and as our treatments were on a Monday morning, we were the only people there. Changing rooms and spa area were clean and tidy. The actual massage was very good and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I didn't feel rushed at all and afterwards enjoyed some tea in the "relaxation" area. Overall a great experience, would come back and recommend to others in the area.

    The staff were lovely and very helpful - and the treatment was wonderful and very relaxing. The facilities themselves though were ever so slightly in disrepair (shower didn’t drain, hot tub was out of order, faint smell of chlorine throughout spa facilities - presumably from the broken hot tub).

    Average
    The massage and therapist were both great, however the Spa itself looked tired and worn. Some areas weren't working and there was only one member of staff looking after everything so I had to wait 15mins on my own in reception before having to go all the way back upstairs to the hotel entrance to get the receptionist to attend to me. Not all that relaxing having to traipse up and down just to get in. Although this was £59 I would say the massage itself made it worth it.

    The afternoon tea was lovely, plenty of sandwiches, scones and cakes with good service in a beautiful room. The spa area is small with two saunas, two steam rooms and tiny corner hot tub but we lucky and had it to ourselves and, as there were only two of us, it felt private and special. We both had massage with facials and the young therapists were chatty and friendly whist professional. It was a fantastic afternoon and a well earned break. I was really impressed with the SpaBreaks service and price.
