    This is not a spa more of a health club. Pool is tiny when we arrived there were swimming lessons taking up half the pool which we were not warned about. They do not supply robes and there’s nowhere to relax around the pool.

    This wasn’t a spa. It was a run down leisure centre. I use this website a lot and have booked lovely relaxing days out to beautiful spas all around the £40 mark. I am so shocked it’s £37 to visit this ‘spa’. The jacuzzzi was cold and cramped, the only other facility by the pool was the steam room with broken tiles and a breeze coming through. It didn’t have any nice aromas it just smelt like bodies. There was nowhere to lie by the pool so the only option was the cold pool, tepid jacuzzi or overcrowded smelly steam room. The showers were dirty and covered in hair as were all the floors throughout. I was extremely disappointed and so shocked I was charged £37. Honestly I would have had a better experience at Peckham Leisure centre. I really don’t think this reflects the quality of other spas on your website and you should remove it as a listing. Very misleading.

    The receptionist couldn’t even talk properly because of her voice which has gone as she caught cold. The steam room was closed because of maintenance so I couldn’t use it at all, the shower rooms were not clean. Also the Jaccuzzi was too small. I don’t think it’s value for money at all as I spent £75 for me and my husband for 2 hours in the evening. My expectation was higher than that!
