- The treatment room was a door off of the reception so you could hear the other staff and other custome throughout the massage. Also, there was drilling work (I believe) during the massage, so this didn't help the expected calm environment I wanted. The changing rooms were small, not very many lockers. I was lucky at the time I was there to access one of the two showers - glad I didn't need to wait. The massage itself was great, but unfortunately undone by the issues already mentioned. I'll pay more to go somewhere else next time - it's not worth a return trip.

- I booked a spa day for my mums 50th. We both agreed that they were the best massages we have ever had!! The experience was 10/10 for me and both the lady’s were lovely we felt relaxed the entire time!
- The spa area itself is very basic and dated, with the beds being the most uncomfortable I have ever had the misfortune of lying on. You cannot get any food from within the spa or even the hotel restaurant (which does not open until 5pm) other than small cakes or crisps. It should be made clear that you cannot get food, as we were spending the whole day there and were starving! The treatments were the best part of the day but the rooms are right off the reception area so anyone in there should be considerate of those receiving a relaxing treatment, as it is far from relaxing hearing people cackling and talking loudly. Won't be a spa I will be returning to I'm afraid.

- Nice clean hotel, with comfy beds and lush bedding. Just a little noisy with people opening/closing doors during the night!
