    After an initial mix up with our treatments they rebooked us and were very apologetic. Treatments themselves were lovely as was the treatment rooms and relax room. The pool area not so much, pool was nice and warm but sauna and steam room were grim and poolside too small for loungers. Not a luxury spa.

    Absolute value for money! One of the best back and neck massages I have had! Thank you Faye! The 2 course lunch was excellent and all the staff at the hotel and spa were lovely! The hotel decor has been done beautifully however spa changing rooms could do with a little attention. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

    We booked our spa visit as part of a package. The massage was described as an 'aromatherapy' massage but we were not offered any choices of essential oils so we just had a basic Swedish massage which did not offer the therapeutic effects that the aromatic oils can provide. The facials were prolonged and too lengthy in my opinion. The therapist who did my friend's treatment left the room. My friend felt that this was unprofessional. Throughout the treatments we could hear a thumping beat of music and also noises from the gym area that we presumed were weights being dropped. This interrupted our treatments and did not provide the relaxing atmosphere we expected. After our treatments we were shown into the relaxation area, there was no water available and sadly we were not provided with an aftercare advice or information.
