Disappointing No hot tub or jacuzzi Pool was freezing and having to share with those wanting to do lane swims for exercise when we are wanting to relax. Other users with mobile phones making younger uncomfortable. No robes available and arrival and signing in was not straight forward either like they weren’t expecting us. We won’t be coming back

The spa and fitness were multipurpose and I think if you are going for rust a relaxing spa day/break it's not ideal. The locker room was too chaotic with families and people using the gym. The pool was busy and there were children jumping in and playing games. As a parent ordinarily fine but for a spa break it's not what you'd expect. The ice bucket machine wasn't working and there's no jacuzzi. The relaxation room was more like a lounge, there was no hot water or milk left for the tea and it wasn't refilled when we asked. There was also a really loud buzzing noise. The treatment was wonderful but as a whole experience, it was lacking.
