    Amazing spa, very well maintained and never too busy. One of the highlights for me was the infrared sauna—something new I tried and absolutely loved.The spa garden is a lovely place to relax, especially on a nice day. My massage was incredible—one of the best I’ve ever had! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit, and I’ll be coming back!

    Absolutely wonderful! Booked a couples massage for myseld and my friend and both our therapists were incredible. Massive shout out to Gary for his incredible kindness, expertise and help as I have hyper mobility. He knew exactly how to massage properly with someone with this condition! Highly recommend him if you do.

    My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely 3 hour chill out at One spa. All the facilities were very clean, sauna nice and hot, comfortable loungers etc. The masseusse Sylwia and Chaise were excellent and I enjoyed one of the best massages with Sylwia who worked so hard on my tight shoulders, neck and back.

    It was more like I was visiting a gym that happened to have a pool and sauna. Massage was good but wasn't offered free drink as advertised and the place didn't feel very clean
