    I booked this for my mum and I for her birthday and to be honest I was expecting it to be average... But wow. Michaela and Aneliya were both amazing. They customised our massages and I can easily say it was the best massage either of us had so we booked in again a few days later. I just wish I didn't live so far away as I would be there all the time. The only reason it has dropped a point in a couple of areas is because the pool is next door and you need to walk out and round - it would be great if there was a little 'rat run' between the two as the access to the pool/changing room being up and down lots of steps without a lift wasn't good for my mum's 80yr old legs! But I cannot fault anything about our treatments

    Our spa day got cancelled the hour before we were due to arrive, we rearranged for the following week, tried to park on site but there wasn't any available so had to pay £12 for 4 hours. The spa facilities weren't in the same building as our treatments, so to use pool or sauna had to go to the hotel next door get changed, where there's no lockers either. Then either walk back in swim wear or robes but I opted to get changed as I had nowhere to put my stuff anyway. Had a lovely massage even though they kept mixing up me and my partner and our massages, I didn't think one with scales massage one with leg massage was too complex. My partner said his massage was lovely, I've definitely had better but still enjoyable. The meal we arranged got overlooked and we had to go 2 hotels down, just not ideal. Not organised wasn't the relaxing day I envisioned.

    It’s not really a spa, as you can only have the treatments there and they didn’t allow us to be there before our treatment time. The actual treatment was lovely for me, but the man who did my other half’s treatment wouldn’t stop talking through the whole treatment and was using far too much pressure, despite my partner asking him to lighten up. He ended up sore and bruised.

    How this can be classed as a spa is beyond me. Smallest, dingy dirty pool and sauna, no lockers, communal changing rooms and no chairs!! Are you supposed to spend the 4 hours of your relaxing spa stood up in the shallow end? The massage was fabulous, can’t fault that! And we got upgrade to the sister hotel for our 2 course lunch as the chef had quit from the Italian Cafe and that was very nice so we did get lucky there. But this is not a spa
