    I paid for 50min treatment but got 40 or less , so that’s very disappointing . I asked for a neck , shoulder and back massage and the lady didn’t even massage my neck . Not to mention the treatment was so much shorter than what I have paid for .

    it was okay. it’s a beautiful hotel and to be honest the facilities were good for a hotel spa. i wouldn’t personally come here again for a spa day to relax - a few notes would be that they had swimming lessons on during the whole time i was there so couldn’t really use the pool. the massage therapist wasn’t fantastic, she stopped through out my neck massage to check her phone (i think she thought id fallen asleep) haha. there isn’t enough loungers for the amount of guests they have either but other than that it genuinely was okay and i didn’t have a bad time.

    We had a lovely experience in our half term break at the spa. We didn't realize the treatment was 3 things as we thought it was just one of the three. Really relaxing spa. We would only say it would have been great if there was a changing room for some more privacy. Thank you for giving us a well needed spa day! Faiza
