    The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable Beds and good standard rooms. The food was incredible. The spa was not crowded. And the treatments really good. But what made the stay even better is the staff. Every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly. The service was incredible. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

    Me and my partner went for a spa treatment and it was amazing. My partner has never had one before and he loved it and you could tell how relaxed he was afterwards. I believe the lady that did it was named Steph, she was amazing and kind. I had my nails done afterwards and she did a lovely job - I apologise I can not remember her name. I had managed to go 33 years without ever having my nails done 😂 so I appreciated it.

    Really pleased with our visit, the setting is lovely, massage just right, the afternoon tea was delicious, and the facilities very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit.

    Treatments were Lovely. My only criticism is that although the Spa uses Comfort Zone Products and their Gift Boxes were displayed in Glass cabinets for you to buy, also I noticed that there were products just outside Treatment rooms for you to test, not once did either Therapist that did our treatments talk about what they were using or talk about the product Range at all. I work in this Industry and our Company uses Comfort Zone. Both Girls had the opportunity to let us know about the Product Range and recommend several products to us but they didn’t? It was a Simple Goodbye having given me a Glass of Water. Not what I am used to and I would be disappointed in my Staff if they didn’t finish the Clients Journey properly. Overall experience was Average and I wouldn’ race back there or Reccommend it.
