    This was our third time at this venue - and we will return again. The facilities, the staff, the rooms, the food - all great.

    Very Good
    Pool area - Could have more variety of seats and cushions, some seats are broken. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while as the air vents on the ceiling are very dusty. Toilet not very well maintained, could do with renovation. Make sure there is always enough drinking water and cups. And empty the bin regular. Would be nice if you could have food and drinks brought through to the pool side but would require more staff. Car park overflow - Absolutely disgusting. Was like this last year when we came. But worse now. So much rubbish everywhere. Why can’t it be all cleaned up and removed. Massage - Excellent. No complaints. Other than health and safety forms have been photocopied that much that you struggle to read it. Restaurant - Could do with a clock on the wall as dont know what the time is if you are in robes and removed watches, phones etc and left in locker.

    The treatment was the best we ever had. Very relaxing. The facilities were clean and potential to be relaxing other than a child dive bombing me while I was relaxing in the pool area. ( clear signs to say no diving ignored by a selfish family). One problem was no slippers or robe ready available? Staff hassled and rushing to dry them in time. Tricky to walk around in day shoes and no robe which was part of the package. Food excellent and plenty of it.Breakfast staff should perhaps put her personal phone down to show us where to go? Overall good break in nice grounds.

    Spa needs updated especially toilets as only one in main pool area and none in changing rooms. Refreshments not free in pool area and an untidy area. Could make it look more welcoming. I would come again

    The changing room smelt and was grubby, the pool was warm but extremely busy, the furniture around the pool was seriously broken! The hot tub was thick with scum and defo needed some chemicals to resolve it. My treatment was OK.
