    Excellent
Spa treatments are very good. Menus need to be reviewed especially for Spa days - not 1 healthy dessert on the menu! Fruit salad! Twice I have visited & twice my meal was wrong!

    Good
I booked a spa massage and cream tea for myself and two friends. The cream tea was average. Only enough jam and cream for two people. I think they were hoping we would spread two portions between three. Jam was watery. Seems a bit petty but I was expecting more. I did ask for my portion of cream and jam. They brought more with no quibbles. Staff were great. Massage was lovely.

    Good
The actual spa is only a swimming pool and a very small sauna. Needs extending to include steam room and jacuzzi and area to relax by the pool. Treatments were really good. Best ever massage. Afternoon tea had not enough savoury and too much really sickly sweet cakes etc. Also not keen on the blue coloured cakes!? Facilities in general for families is really good as appears lots to do for children.
