- The staff were amazing. Treatments were superb. Facilities are dated and no loungers to chill just 5 plastic chairs along the edge. The jacuzzi was nice but I think being next the canal leaves a slight smell to the drains. I would recommend for the treatments, staff and food but not the facilities.
- Twilight spa session was really excellent. Great spa treatments (lovely back & neck massage) and supper that surpassed expectations. Pool area was a little cramped for the number of people using it - sauna & jacuzzi got quite busy and 'queue' existed at times. We a wonderful relaxing afternoon and evening. Thank you!

- Myself and my husband, stayed at the mill Hotel for 1 night,it was wonderful,the satt were friendly and polite,and very helpful, food was just outstanding,and our room was just perfect,clean,and cosy everything we needed was there,beds were comfy,it was perfect,one of the nicest hotel we've stayed at,central to the city centre just fantastic.
- Hotel room was nice, clean, was very warm, known no air con, so was good. Bar staff were polite but seating area could have done with a clean. Restaurant was ok, staff not very attentive, had to keep trying to get there attention even though is wasn't very busy. Food was good but wouldn't book the restaurant again.
- I wouldn’t hesitate to go again . We only had one issue and that was the bed mainly the pillow . I think it was memory foam which was quite hard . But as for everything else it was brilliant
- Every member of staff was pleasant and welcoming, throughout our stay. Our room could do with a refurbishment but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and as for dinner, the braised beef was excellent, unfortunately the Thai curry was lacking in flavour and very oily. Overall, worth a stay but maybe avoid the curry!
- We stayed in a standard room, which contained all necessary items and was quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean, which are my main two requirements.
