- Overall we had a lovely day. The lunch was a high spot- lovely for a “light lunch.” Other spas have much nicer changing areas but as Tankersley is not the most expensive spa, I just accept this. The staff are friendly and helpful. Constructive feedback: 1. It was Saturday and the pool was busy, not very relaxing. If you have bought a day package, I do think you reasonably expect to have somewhere nice to chill. I have previously visited on weekdays and it was much better. Ideally you need a relaxation room. 2. It was hard to get a poolside chair and when we did, they were soaking. Not pleasant. 3. My friend was very happy with her treatments. I have regular treatments and I thought they were okay, but certainly not great. The facial, in particular, was a bit disappointing.
- We had such a lovely day, we just found the floors and the environment a little dirty
- The spa day was really lovely the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing l was quite unhappy about was the treatment time we were supposed to have 50 minutes but we only had 40 instead. Because by the time we went in thay talk about the treatment then after that left the room so we could lay down and get comfortable so that really reduces the time of the treatment 😔. All said then done the treatment is the best part of the day but other than that it was a lovely day.

- Rooms are very basic our room was run down and tired in places bed not as comfortable as other places stayed. No Netflix on tv like most places stayed. Staff very nice and helpful bar prices a little steep for set things. Food decent just standard pub grub quite pricey stayed other places for less that has better rooms and facilities.
- Very poor food was subpar and not really a hotel that I would come back too I spent alot of money for a getaway with the wife and it was ruined by the hotel
- Couldn’t fault the hotel one bit, good size room, bed was comfortable. Bar area was in clean condition, where there was plenty choice of beverages, the staff where very helpful and nothing was too much trouble with them. The check in and check out was smooth. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning and could not fault the food one single but, great price and decent portions. I’d definitely say it was value for money, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and no doubt we will be back.
- Although this is no longer a Q hotel we were looked after well by friendly hard working staff. We moved rooms due to needing a bath rather than shower however our room was above the main reception area and was very noisey. Apart from this everything else was amazing we would definitely stay again.
