- Brilliant Mother’s Day treat! Highly recommend for the price x
- Had a fantastic day here treating my mother on mother's day. All facilities on offer were available and accessible. The only reason for one less star was the showers. There is a sign to shower before entering pool/sauna (as you should) but the showers only let out a dribble. The treatments were fantastic. Well worth the money. We couldn't ask anymore of the therapists who were polite, friendly and professional. Planning to do this atleast every year now.
- Very good soft foot massage which was lovely, the neck, back and shoulder massages were good to, staff very friendly. Spa looks very good and well looked after. We had our treatments Sunday morning as we checked in to use the pool first we were told the treatment times had changed some by 30mins. We were unaware of this change, they said they phoned but had no missed calls and reception could of told us when we checked into the room the day before but didn’t. We had late checkout as wanted to shower in rooms after treatment but the spa managed to extended this again for us as the treatments were changed by half an hour. So it all worked alright in the end.

- We had an overall good stay at the Mercure Holland house. The treatments were very good, but the jacuzzi was out of order along with the drinking water fountain. The meal wasn’t good and both our TV’s didn’t work in our rooms. We did tell the staff the next day about this. It was nice to have a break but we would t recommend staying there.
- I have previously stayed at this hotel & was disappointed as I felt it was in need of refurbishment. Locating the hotel car park was a challenge.
- This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the hotel and usual we have a very good stay. We booked this spa break for my very small Hen party of two, we just planned on a relaxing fun time with my best friend. When we checked in our room my friend was disappointed as she had called ahead to tell them the purpose of the stay and they had promised to arrange the room ahead of our check in to celebrate. Unfortunately it was very cold, we did try and work the thermostat but we found it difficult and there were no instructions in the room. We did call for the desk who sent someone up quickly which was good! They did check it for us and switch the heating on. However it did not work and so we had a cold night in the room. I later had a shower in the room only to realise there was one towel in the room and so my friend was without a towel. The shower was warm but I could not get it hot. We also noticed there was no biscuits and a small amount of tea and coffee on the coffee tray. We think that maybe the room was setup for one person rather than two. We later went down the restaurant for our dinner which was included in the package. We ordered from the set menu. My friend ordered the ciabatta bites and pesto starter and I ordered the flat Brad and hummus starter. We both found the bread very dry and really not enjoyable, we left most of it. However our main meals were ok. Breakfast in the morning was good, the only disappointment was instead of hash browns they served sliced potatoes but theses were very dry and as someone who doesn’t eat pork there wasn’t much option for a cooked breakfast. We don’t think we would stay again.
- Great stay at hotel, staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. The bar area was lovely and relaxing. The room big ans spacious. Overall great say and would definitely return
