    We enjoyed our stay , the room was comfortable, excellent dinner and breakfast. The full body massage was one of the best treatments ( thank you) The swimming pool has too much chlorine

    Me and my partner had an amazing spa day here, was called on the previous day to confirm spa treatment times and loved the fact they told us where to go and everything included in the package. The facilities were great and wasn’t too busy when we went so didn’t feel crowded. You also get access to the gym included. We were also allowed to attend our lunch in our robes and slippers which was great. The food was amazing, do wish there was more option on the lunch menu included but nevertheless was amazing. The full body massage by Hannah was amazing. She was super friendly and professional and focused on my needs. The massage itself was unbelievable, definitely needs a raise! we will definitely be booking back in !!

    The actual spa,staff and treatments were great , I can't fault them. However we booked a cosy night in package where we were meant to receive treatments on the day of arrival but these had not been booked in , it stated on booking I would be contacted to confirm times I was not contacted and when I tried to contact I was cut off several times. The jacuzzi was out of order which we also weren't told till we entered the spa. We paid an extra £20 per person for the use of a "relax room" which was closed also until the following day and is basically just a waiting area with some beds. We did manage to receive our treatments the next morning and like I said those were great but by this point we had to rush to get home as it was booked for my sisters birthday and we had already had to check out of the hotel room and had other plans later that day. I just feel the communication between the spa and the hotel was non existent, nobody seemed to no where we were meant to be and we just kept being sent to wait in the room for somebody to call us , that never happened.

    We had a lovely day here, some parts of the spa could be updated like the toilets/changing rooms. Would have liked to have got into robes and chilled in the little lounge room for 10 minutes before our massages but we were taken straight through so felt a little rushed. The girls who carried out the massages were excellent and very pleasant. Will return again.

    I took my mam for a spa day as a mother's day gift, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and made you feel so at ease. We had Sunday lunch which was amazing, so tasty and just the right amount. We also had a back shoulder and neck massage and again it was great, the lady who did it was so professional. Both me and my mam agree that the day was perfect.
