    Me and my partner had an amazing spa day here, was called on the previous day to confirm spa treatment times and loved the fact they told us where to go and everything included in the package. The facilities were great and wasn’t too busy when we went so didn’t feel crowded. You also get access to the gym included. We were also allowed to attend our lunch in our robes and slippers which was great. The food was amazing, do wish there was more option on the lunch menu included but nevertheless was amazing. The full body massage by Hannah was amazing. She was super friendly and professional and focused on my needs. The massage itself was unbelievable, definitely needs a raise! we will definitely be booking back in !!

    Great hotel, room nice, food very nice. Golf course on site was good albeit very damp with all the rain. Spa facilities I thought could be better, there quite small, my partner had a treatment in the spa that she said was very good.

    We had a lovely day here, some parts of the spa could be updated like the toilets/changing rooms. Would have liked to have got into robes and chilled in the little lounge room for 10 minutes before our massages but we were taken straight through so felt a little rushed. The girls who carried out the massages were excellent and very pleasant. Will return again.

    I took my mam for a spa day as a mother's day gift, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and made you feel so at ease. We had Sunday lunch which was amazing, so tasty and just the right amount. We also had a back shoulder and neck massage and again it was great, the lady who did it was so professional. Both me and my mam agree that the day was perfect.

    Spa treatments were great and staff very helpful but access to the pool was difficult and not suitable for disabled people. The hoist in the pool was broken so a swim that I was looking forward to didn’t happen. Hotel should state that pool isn’t accessible for disabled people so we couldn’t access facilities that we had paid for.
