- Great experience, slightly dated hotel but very clean.
- The girls at the reception were fantastic, friendly and helpful.
- We had a really lovely time and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
- Only used facilities for around 45 minutes as it was full of middle aged men that were literally just staring and it felt very uncomfortable, no staff around so decided to leave and go back to hotel rooms. Evening meal, one of 3 meals was fine the other 3 the steaks were not cooked as asked. Each meal cost £22 and all that was offered was a free drink, no offer of replacement meals.
- Staff working within the spa were so welcoming and friendly and any questions or issues we had they were more than happy to help we really recommend this spa to everyone we felt so relaxed thankyou so much we will be returning again soon.

- Shower was very temperamental apart from that excellent value and well worth a visit. Not to far from city centre and very easy access to M5.
- We enjoyed our stay, everyone was so friendly.
- The room we were the shower was terrible, either too hot water or too cold....but then managed to change room.
- Lovely stay, really helpful staff who went out of their way to make my birthday very special. Close to Birmingham city centre.
- The room was clean and lovely could have a couple of bottles of water in the room bathroom was difficult as the shower door was hard to move so made it hard to shower or bathe. The foyer and staff were incredible and Lucy and breakfast were well presented.
