We attended at appointed time to be told our booking wasn’t on the system (despite me having an email confirmation from the spa team @ Marine confirming 16:00) Advised they could reschedule to the following morning at 09:30, which wasn’t ideal, but we accepted. Next morning I was collected from the lounge at 09:35 and taken to a room where the therapist advised that she had another client at 10:15 so I couldn’t have my preferred treatment option as it would be too long (I purchased a 55 minutes treatment)! There was also an aqua aerobics class on in the pool at the same time and the room I was in was directly above the pool so relaxation for the first 15 minutes was not an option either. Overall disappointing visit and not sure I would rush back
