- We attended at appointed time to be told our booking wasn’t on the system (despite me having an email confirmation from the spa team @ Marine confirming 16:00) Advised they could reschedule to the following morning at 09:30, which wasn’t ideal, but we accepted. Next morning I was collected from the lounge at 09:35 and taken to a room where the therapist advised that she had another client at 10:15 so I couldn’t have my preferred treatment option as it would be too long (I purchased a 55 minutes treatment)! There was also an aqua aerobics class on in the pool at the same time and the room I was in was directly above the pool so relaxation for the first 15 minutes was not an option either. Overall disappointing visit and not sure I would rush back

- Hotel rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was a little disappointing - coffee wasn’t very warm and I asked for a portion of beans for breakfast and they came just warmer than cold 😢I’m sure they would’ve rectified if I had told them but our spa treatment was also rescheduled so we didn’t have a lot of time
- Hotel very comfortable, food amazing and can't believe how fantastic the staff are, great overnight stay
- When we got to the hotel to find out that they could not understand the booking, you didn't book a twin room with walkin shower, you booked a double room with walkin shower, if it wasn't for the hotel staff being very helpful we would have had to come home
