- My daughter and I booked the Marine Experience spa day. It was amazing. The therapist Barbara, was lovely and explained all the treatments I was having. Lunch was included in The Seal. - The hotel were very kind and upgraded our room and also gave us prosseco & fudge to celebrate my birthday- thank you, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely return 😀
- Hotel rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was a little disappointing - coffee wasn’t very warm and I asked for a portion of beans for breakfast and they came just warmer than cold 😢I’m sure they would’ve rectified if I had told them but our spa treatment was also rescheduled so we didn’t have a lot of time
- When we got to the hotel to find out that they could not understand the booking, you didn't book a twin room with walkin shower, you booked a double room with walkin shower, if it wasn't for the hotel staff being very helpful we would have had to come home
