- Lovely spa experience and treatments. Food was also excellent. Well recommended.
- The spa was great! Just what we needed after an afternoon tea in the hotel. Great facilities, pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room. It was really nice to have a sun bed in the conservatory away from the pool.

- Spa treatments and staff were exceptional. Was made to feel very welcome. Staff in the return to seemed to be to busy even though there was only 3 tables seated. When I gave my name for the booking in the restaurant the last sneered as if I was troubling her and after we had finished eating she stood for ten minutes having a conversation to then go and get her phone to show the same table pictures while leaving us waiting.
- Hotel staff, perfect. Hotel food outstanding. Room comfort not great. The spa experience was horrendous. Only 1 member of staff on duty. Floors filthy, changing rooms disgusting. Hotel getting work done, builders marched in with dirty boots on to basically have a look who was in. Later in the afternoon after work they obviously had free use of the facilities. 4 of them came in and took over the sauna and jacuzzi. We had paid for a spa break and couldn’t use it from 5pm!!! We couldn’t get in sauna as they were lying over all benches, then emerged all sweaty plunging straight into jacuzzi without showering. There was no way I was going back in there. Totally awful spa experience which I can’t recommend. Wasted my money and had a disappointing birthday treat for my wife. Not recommended. 😡

- We had a wonderful night stay. The room was comfy, clean and the bed was very comfy. There was no noise from either the road or hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The new manager Loraine was very helpful with our look around for a wedding venue, clearly excited about weddings herself helps you feel excited for the planning.
- Loved our stay! We upgraded to a deluxe room for only £20 which was a bonus! We do however feel the room was rather grubby in areas considering if was classed as ‘deluxe’. The stool at the bottom of the bed had lots of white stains over it and the carpet was stained in parts. Bathroom was fabulous and bed very comfortable! Spa was simple but lovely. Again, the lounger pads to the right of the spa in the conservatory looked very old and worn. Overall though we thought it was brilliant value for money and will definitely come again. The breakfast was fabulous!!!!
- We upgraded our room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was amazing, room 1. Our only negative was the service in the restaurant. The staff did not ask if we wanted a dessert or coffee and eventually we left.
- This was a gift so again can’t really comment on value for money. Our only criticism with regard to the staff is that some of them seemed inexperienced and/or overstretched, which is not their fault and all were really pleasant. None of this detracted from our enjoyment of the stay and we would definitely go back.
