    Treatments, staff and food fantastic. Wasn't so impressed with facilities. 1 of the steam rooms out of use, the shower in the ice room didn't work and only 2 heated loungers and 1 hydro shower. A few people already in facilities plus we were a party of 3. Changing room very small also. Treatments and afternoon tea luckily made up for it.

    The treatments and the therapist were great. Poor communication from reception ,I was extremely disappointed that all I had for afternoon tea were 4 scones,and two of them were dry and rock hard.

    Nobody told us beforehand that building work was being carried out. I don’t have anything against plasterers but having them wander through the Spa does not help the ambience. The reception staff were obviously fed up and rather unfriendly and unwelcoming which didn’t help either. Anyone off the street could have walked into the Spa which, I suspect, could have made a lot of people deeply uncomfortable. It was that bad it was funny.
