    Good
Three persons booked - the spa treatment back and face massage were all reported as being absolutely amazing - very good quality therapists - highly recommend . However the afternoon tea although tasty and good quality - 3 finger sandwiches each was a bit stingy. I would have rathered more savoury than the more sweet that was provided. Restaurant lacks any atmosphere or ambience unfortunately . No plants or music and staff were scarce at times. Staff were pleasant and accommodating as I had allergy needs. The coffee in the bar was £5 which was far too expensive as was just a coffee . The spa facilities - in need of urgent renovation - is outdated - flaking peeling paint looked scruffy, rusting metal bars , Electrical sockets with no covers just paper or tape covering them - made me anxious . The whole pool /changing areas ( more single changing room provision required) need a complete do over - the pool area and flooring in spa are very slippy and the slippers provided did not help to change that - at least two of us slipped at least once. Their are no were near enough loungers in the pool area - so wasn’t particularly relaxing - a jacuzzi or outdoor area is urgently required to bring up to standards of other spas nearby (kasia grosvenor/ Thornton hall / mottram hall / carden park etc. overall a great spa treatment , staff very nice, but unfortunately facilities and decor let the experience down

The spa itself was great, unfortunately when I booked I hadn't realised that work was ongoing so it was quite noisy whilst the sauna was being upgraded

    Excellent
Excellent spa experience! Massage was fantastic and all the other ladies were highly complimentary about their services too. Only thing that was missing was a hot tub but there was enough for this to not be a big issue. The Relaxation Room was amazing!

Lovely spa. Great facilities. I didn’t see any drinking water available although it could be there is one and it weren’t pointed out to us. The lockers aren’t the most intuitive to use. No guidance given. The pool could do with more loungers and the ceiling needs repainting.
