    The treatment itself was nice but was not 25 minutes, more like 15 minutes. The pool area is not great. It needs more seats and loungers to relax. It was very noisy as there were lots of children again not relaxing. The relaxation lounge was nice but there was no toilets in the spa area. To go to the toilet you had to leave the spa and go downstairs to the pool changing rooms. This was not good as one of our party is disabled and having to walk right the the spa and then go down in the lift was not great.

    The spa was absolutely relaxing and the staff were lovely and explained everything to you and made the experience excellent value for money. The only thing that let the stay down was the food and afternoon tea. We waited an hour and half for evening meal and the afternoon tea wasn’t worth the money. We asked for no butter on the sandwich and when they came they had butter on and stale cheese. The bar staff was apologetic and said the bar manager would come and speak to us, after half and hour of waiting we just left

    Had an issue with communication as the spa didn't send us any treatment times and though I kept calling it took me 8 tries and a call to reception to get an answer. However the staff from then on were very helpful and friendly, on arrival we were greeted warmly. The facilities are great, with nice modern changing rooms, a lovely pool and space to relax around the spa. The only thing I would say is there is no jacuzzi, which is slightly disappointing but not the end of the world! We each had a massage and they were wonderful - we both felt thoroughly relaxed after, and the therapists were very good at checking for any medical issues etc. Overall I'd definitely come back, I've tried a few spas in the area and this one has been the best!
