    Excellent
A fantastic day. Beautiful setting, great facilities. I enjoyed using the gym, pool, ice room, saunas and steams. I had one hour of treatments which were wonderful and my therapist was very good. I spent some time in the relaxation room afterwards. Lunch on the terraced in the sunshine, really added to an overall fantastic day. Can’t beat this venue on value for money in a spectacular setting. Absolutely recommend! Thanks!

The spa as always was amazing, chilled out, had our treatment and chilled in the room afterwards, we didn’t get down to the pool area as it was quite busy already. Staff were friendly and chatty, I really needed this break.

    Good
We had an unfortunate stay I think. I’ve stayed 3 previous times and it was great. However this time the spa experience was disappointing as there were no slippers (they did call to tell us) but then not enough robes so my mum didn’t have one. We weren’t all taken to the lounge so we spent over 30 minutes apart in different rooms. The actual treatment was good.

    Excellent
I had my daughter who is partially sighted and had mobility issues so the pool was not suitable for her as she was unable to get in the pool the ladder is not suitable for someone who needs guidance into the pool a slope would be much better and there was no hot tub something that she looks forward to in other spas . She had to sit in a chair and watch us swimming which was a shame as it was her birthday treat . There could be more stretchers by the pool I think there was only a few and they were all taken so she couldn't even lie down. I feel your facilities are not at all disable freindly there was no chair in the one changing room were I could change her privately it was very difficult as a carer . We did have a facial and nail which the staff were lovely with her and were very engaging with chloe which was lovely I cannot fault the staff in the spa . Also the staff at the restuarant was freindly . I did bring a cake and the reception staff could have been more helpful by taking it to the kitchen for me as they could see I had my hands full with my disabled daughter . I was told to take it my self. In the end the only person I found was a very polite lovely younge man who worked behind the bar who took the birthday cake for me and put it in the kitchen fridge . There was two younge men on reception and I was sure one of them could have helped with it . The rooms were comfortable and it was a good size bed had a good sleep . I would not use the hotel again as I did not think the pool area was suitable for my disabled 24 year old daughter . Breakfast was good selection of food but it was extremely short staffed and the lady who was serving did her very best trying to serve and keep topping up breakfast items . So I had a 50/ 50 experience. Thankyou maureen de klerk
