    Poor
The staff were lovely very helpful and the treatments were very relaxing however the only thing that lets this place down is the spa facilities, it is so outdated and run down didn’t feel clean and the chlorine used was way to much it was burning our eyes! The loungers were all ripped and didn’t seem safe neither were they comfortable. The floor was a massive falls risk it was so slippery with slippers on and with out surprised no one actually fell because a lot came close. Once again not knock the staff but the pool area needs a massive make over just wasn’t what was expected considering the views coming in to area and the building itself such a shame

    Excellent
Absolutely brilliant would massively recommend! Not sure I’d eat there again but they were excellent and removed the sandwich from the bill so couldn’t fault the service. Massively value for money

    Very Good
We had a massage off Mel, it was one of the best massages myself and my friend had ever had. The spa itself was quite tired and could definitely do with a make over, but it is clean and good value for money.
