    Reception staff were very helpful. Therapists who did our treatments were friendly, but the area was not set up and not relaxing

    Our treatments were amazing. So relaxing. The relaxing lounge was lovely and drink options great. The pool was very cold and quite small but okay after a few laps. The jacuzzi was empty so obviously not working. The sauna and steam room were great. Towel, robes and slippers were alright. Robe was massive for me but I'm not fussed by that, the slippers didn't fit at all but they were okay with me wearing my own sandals.

    The overall experience was very attractively priced. I received an email only the night before. POOL: We have Children swim times from 7am - 10am and 3pm. We also have an Aqua class in the pool on Mondays from 9:30 - 10:15 this means the pool will be closed. We would also like to let you know that the pool is a little bit cooler than normal. The pool is measuring around 27/28 degrees which is two degrees cooler than expected also the jacuzzi was not working. My treatment was lovely but was never told of the products used also after a massage never given any water to keep hydrated. The robes need to be replaced as seen better days. I’m glad I’m local and the price justified the availability of facilities.

    The spa is poor, I’m afraid. There is a sauna and steam room, and a small pool. Half the pool was being used for children’s swimming lessons, so instead of being in a relaxing environment, we were listening to children crying and screaming: exactly what we were hoping to get away from! I definitely would not use this hotel solely for the spa.
