    Absolutely wonderful afternoon, wish I'd left myself more time to enjoy. The Therapists who did my treatments were friendly and professional. Can't wait to book my next trip.

    Very tired spa. Absolutely no frills, cold swimming pool. Sauna was hot though which was lovely. Mismatched chairs and loungers- just lacking tlc. Food was boring-just baguettes or very simple salad. Hot coronation chicken was unpleasant.

    Yesterday I attended a spa day with my friend which I pre booked via spabreaks.com. The package was booked which included full use of the spa facilities, lunch/afternoon tea and 1 treatment of 25 minutes. On arrival we went to the spa to use the pool which was freezing cold, we later found out from a member that it had been broken since Christmas but we was not made aware of this when booking also the pool area was full of dirty crockery that had been sat there for some time, when the staff saw it they cleared some of it and left the rest. When it was time for our afternoon tea as with previous experience I was expecting to be asked what bread and sandwich fillings I would like and therefore i was unable to eat the sawndiches as I was also not asked if I had any allergies. I was given plain ham and cheese sandwiches which was all on brown bread and 1 white sandwich which was from the plate we sent away which had tomatoe residue in which was obviously scraped out and not made fresh. Overall the experience was not what we was expecting, this was a gift for my friend who has turned 30 and I was really embarrassed of how it turned out.

    Our treatment times were changed twice due to staff shortages and the Jennifer Young treatment, as advertised online, was not available - one of our reasons for choosing this venue.
