    Good
Thr spa itself was lovely, our treatments were really nice, so we sat in the relax room after our treatments for an hour as people coming in & out. Happy to have somewhere to sit, but would of been stuck if the room was full. (8 seats available) The pool/steam room/sauna was a huge let down. Not ambient at all, noisy and the loungers were placed underneath a dirty dusty air vent. I nearly slipped over multiple times due to water on the floor poolside- we were wearing the spa flip flops and it was really unsafe so I took them off. Such a shame because the upstairs was lovely- just felt disjointed as a whole.

    Very Good
No jacuzzi! Small pool area which wasn't big enough for 15 of us to relax around. Pool was set up for lane swimming so again, could just relax in there. Would recommend for smaller parties but not large groups.

very disappointed, therapists were not very informative or friendly. Steam room was broken and sauna was so full we couldn’t go in. All 4 loungers were were taken the entire time and the room we were allocated was very small and dated. Overall so disappointed as we were really looking forward to this as it was our anniversary

    Good
I was disappointed on arrival that the treatments we had booked were not all at the same time, as I had amended my booking, but been assured that the times were the same, as it was a group of friends who wanted to be together for the whole day. We were not shown really where to go, just generally pointed in the direction of the changing rooms, so we found this disorientating. The spa treatments were good and the therapists were lovely. We paid extra for lunch in the bar, which was excellent. The facilities were what made the spa day, very poor value for money, the pool was great, and lovely and warm, but did not justify the price of the spa package. It wasn’t really a spa experience, just the health club attached to the hotel, not the luxury element of the spa that I felt would have justified the price.
