    Great the staff were extremely helpful and friendly the names of the staff were Karen. Great stay would definitely come again.

    The spa consisted of a pool, sauna and steam room. All were quite small and pool was not up to temperature which did put us off a bit, there were signs up in the changing rooms to say this but it would have been better if that was updated to show us before booking. There looks like there should have been a whirlpool but it was empty and not clean inside.There were also a family with two kids who were shouting and canonballing into the pool, despite there being signs up saying this was not permitted. This ruined the spa part for us so we did not go in again during our stay.
