    Very Good
The facilities and treatments were lovely. You do, however, need more signs. We were not sure where the entrance was from the car park. Inside, the layout was disorientating and confusing. All the doors looked the same, and the entire building is a maze of rooms and corridors. From the Ladies Changing Room, I did not know which door opened to the Spa, and which to the Reception? I wandered around for some time, in a swimsuit, trying to find my way (and for someone to ask). More changing cubicles are needed in the Changing Room.(There is only one - I changed in the toilet). The arrangement for the lockers was not adequately explained: I had to ask another customer how to open them, and later could not unlock it again (I found a very helpful staff member who unlocked it). In the end, I left the locker unlocked. Everything in the Spa was beautifully sparkling clean and comfortable, and we later had lunch in the restaurant. The food was superb, but please could the waitress not clear any plates until everyone at the table has finished eating.

Had a lovely experience from the moment we arrived in the spa till we departed. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The treatments were 5 star and the lady that was with me was so lovely. She explained everything she was going to do. Treatments were very relaxing in a relaxing environment. The lunch was excellent, and very filling. The staff were amazing also. Gifting my daughter a lovely plate decorated with chocolates to celebrate her special birthday. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely return. I would highly recommend this for a treat or a special occasion. Thank you
