- had a lovely day at the spa and the staff were very helpful. The disappointment was that the size of the towels provided was small, and the therapist did not convey what products they were using on a facial and leg, and foot massage. I am a newbie to spas, so didn't think to ask. Would go back, very relaxing half day
- The room was perfect, staff were all welcoming. Food was excellent. The spa was a little small and too busy at times to be fully relaxing, but when it was quiet, it was lovely. Good lighting and temperatures in different areas.

- It was a lovely relaxing day that we both enjoyed chilled in the pool and steam room. The food was great and not small portions! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Would recommend to anyone.
- If there was a sixth star I could give, I would. Loved the stay,the treatment and the food was absolutely fantastic. The staff were exceptional! my wife and I booked for our 27th wedding anniversary the staff left a beautifull gift for us and a lovely card! The price was what I expected for the stay and the food. Worth it for what we received, the whole place was amazing! the deck chairs in the garden area with the outside bar was the best outdoor area to finish our wine with the evening light watching bats! Amazing place, amazing staff, little coffee pod machine in our room for a morning pick me up. Booked some treatments here, so relaxing. Just what my wife and I needed! Thankyou to the staff for making our stay, treatment, service and food amazing.

- A very comfortable hotel with welcoming staff. Convenient location, but that does mean there’s quite a lot of traffic noise, most noticeable at night. Overall though an excellent place to stay, we would recommend!

- We had a lovely stay at the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing - so delicious and high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!
- I enjoyed the experience and throughout the day it was smooth and no hassles or adjustments and all was according to plan just as my family wanted. It was for my mothers birthday and she loved the hotels character as well as the food and staff were lovely and kind to us throughout.
- Booked and overnight spa break with some friends scattered about the UK. We chose the hotel as it was a good deal in a central location. We’d had to change dates due to covid and had to prebook 1 hr each day to use the pool and facilities. We also had to prebook our treatments. Hotel reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner had been booked for 19:00 in advance, this had been changed to 20:00 with no explanation given. The spa treatments had been prebooked but were incorrect and the second day’s pool booking was absent despite having phoned twice in advance to book and arrange. Spa staff weren’t very helpful when we queried it but the reception staff at the hotel were very good and sorted it for us so we managed to get our limited 1 hour in the facilities on the second day in the end. Lunch in bar was nice and evening meal in restaurant was good too. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
