- I had the head to toe package, it was absolutely fantastic! My therapist, Kelly, was really brilliant- the massage portion was a perfect mix between relaxing and getting out the many knots in my body! Then the Facial portion was calming and left my skin feeling soft and bright. Kelly was very welcoming, which really helped create a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The other staff at reception were also lovely and the spa facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi which has really strong jets so you almost get another massage when you're in there! After I had lunch in the restaurant, I chose the Korean bbq chicken burger which was delicious, a very generous portion and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and polite as well. Overall, this was a great experience and a good price for 70 mins treatment, an hour of spa facilities use and lunch in London!
- We had a great experience overall, the facility had plenty of great options and the staff were friendly. The only problem was communication- we had treatments and were led into the relaxation room, but nobody came to get us for lunch and by the time we got up and went to the reception, the restaurant was closed. They said we could wait another hour for it to reopen (at 4pm), but by that point we were starving and had to leave to find a restaurant nearby.
- The staff were really friendly, the head-to-toe massage was heavenly! The facilities were amazing and the waiting room is bliss.

- We were upgraded to an executive room which was a lovely size with a sofa & coffee table. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were excellent, quick to respond to any requests and very helpful. Continental Breakfast was good with a good choice. Fantastic location, 2 mins walk from tube station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

- Really fantastic spa break for our hen party of 5! the spa was really relaxing, the afternoon tea with a retro theme was incredible and very quirky- lots of fun- and the overall stay was great, Location was a quick walk to the tube, so getting into central London was a doddle, and the hotel staff were very accommodative, and we have recommended to other people, will book again!
- Great food and room service. I was in an executive room which was a very good size.
