    Although the staff were lovely the spa was let down by being cold in the treatment rooms and the relaxing area. The only warm area was the pool. The afternoon tea was not good at all, scones overworked and cakes very poor. Sandwiches were boring, the best thing was the cranberry and Brie tart. A very disappointing experience.
