    I visited Holmer Park with my 2 sisters and we had a very enjoyable time. First we used the steam room and hot tub then had a swim in the lovely pool. Then it was time for our massages, there was a great choice of options. The massage was very well done and, towards the end, I dozed off for a few minutes, it was so relaxing. We had a light lunch sitting outside in the sunshine. A very enjoyable experience. Leighton was very helpful when I was making the booking.

    This was a great way to finish the term.( We are teachers) Lovely friendly staff, super facilities and a real pleasure to unwind and enjoy there!

    Very Good
    My boss gave me a spa voucher and this is the only Spa near me that takes those vouchers, so I booked. I was a little disturbed about the size of the admin fee when I wanted to amend my booking but it was not possible at that late stage. So I arrived stressed and doubtful I should be there then rather than doing many other tasks that could best be done in term time while my son was at school. I felt my stress levels dropping by the minute as I read through the treatments offered so I will have to return and try some more of them. I had the hot stone massage and while I would not rate it as a once-in-a-lifetime must have, it certainly relaxed me. I was tempted to remark if I was a cat I would be purring. I will definitely go again.

    We enjoyed the stay on the day. The only thing I would mention is we didn't get much information upfront or at the point when we booked online. For instance the only time we were given was 5pm in a confirmation email. It wasn't clear if this was arrival time or treatment time. I followed up with an email and was told we can arrive from 2pm with treatments at 5pm. When we arrived we were told we could have turned up much earlier if we wanted to. There could be a bit more transparency online about what you can actually book in terms of treatments. We had 3 to choose from online but there were actually several more options when we arrived.
