    Excellent
    We had a couples jet lag recovery swedish stone massage treatment. Jennifer was excellent throughout the session and very accommodating - replacing the facial with an extended body massage. The facilities were great, from the complimentary drinks and nibbles to the lunch through to the spa facilities. We had a great time and will be back!

    Excellent
    Luckily, the spa wasn’t busy, so we were able to fully enjoy it. The sauna was great, but the jacuzzi was a bit too lukewarm for me—I think it could have been a little warmer, but it was still enjoyable. We had a 25-minute facial, and since it was so short, I didn’t expect much. However, the therapist was absolutely lovely and attentive. She even gave me a neck and shoulder massage, which made it feel like the session lasted longer than 25 minutes.

    Customer service was amazing but the de stress massage wasn't and nor was the facial. It was meant to be an hours body massage but i think it was actually 45 mins and she filled it in with a head massage that felt like my hair was being tugged on. The facial just felt like products being applied to my skin and then being removed nothing more.

    Mulled wine on arrival was warm, not hot. Spa was dirty and tired: sand in bottom of pool, rusty ceiling above pool, dirty/smelly/broken showers, jacuzzi temperature was too cold. Very disappointing for the money paid.

    Unfortunately when we arrived to the spa the receptionist was on her break, somebody else was covered that was she said, the lady who was there was really rude, she didn't give us slipper cups for water, and she asked us if we need towels,if some one is covered need to be polite and know what to do in a front desk... The facilities where fine,just locker not working properly, I need some help for the staff and receptionist was back so was fine, thanks for that
